Italian luxury haute couture brand Maison Valentino has named IVE’s Rei and Liz as the house’s brand ambassadors.

Rei and Liz are members of IVE, the group that debuted on December 1, 2021. Since their debut, IVE has racked up 37 music-show wins with three title tracks and swept rookie awards at major ceremonies including the Melon Music Awards, the MAMA Awards, and the 2022 Asia Artist Awards in Japan. They also made history at the 37th Golden Disc Awards with TikTok in January 2023, becoming the first artist to win the Rookie Award, the Main Prize, and the Grand Prize all at once.

IVE’s achievements in Japan have also been striking. They topped the Oricon charts, appeared on NHK’s Kohaku Uta Gassen, and sold out large-scale concerts, proving their strong local popularity. With consecutive No. 1s on Oricon, a world tour including Tokyo Dome, and appearances at major music festivals, IVE has firmly established itself as a top-tier act in the Japanese market as well.

Rei, the group’s only Japanese member, is drawing attention for her remarkable versatility, seamlessly moving between rap and vocals. Liz is beloved for her distinctive tone, often described as having a “fairy-like voice.”

Sharing their thoughts on being newly appointed as the maison’s brand ambassadors, Rei and Liz said, “We’re truly happy and grateful to be joining Maison Valentino as official ambassadors. It was a great honor and a very special experience to be able to attend two fashion shows in Paris recently. We were deeply captivated by the messages and beauty conveyed through each collection, and we’re even more excited for the journey ahead with the maison.”

Most recently, Rei and Liz attended Valentino’s 2026 Haute Couture ‘Specula Mundi’ show in Paris on January 28, presented by creative director Alessandro Michele. Paired with the Valentino Fireflies collection, the two showcased a modern yet elegant style, captivating attention with their contrasting charms. Rei and Liz attended the Valentino Fireflies Spring/Summer 2026 fashion show and the 2026 Haute Couture ‘Specula Mundi’ fashion show in succession, and they are set to take part in various events as the maison’s ambassadors.
