As the weather gets colder, a bit of willpower is needed to venture out for a morning workout. Spring, summer, and even fall weren't this challenging, but now, when you wake up and look out the window, it still feels like the middle of the night. However, you have to kick off the blankets and get going. Only by maintaining this routine can you continue through to the summer.

Exercising after work isn't easy either. With the year-end, there seem to be more gatherings, and my gym membership is turning into a donation.

Maintaining a regular exercise routine while managing a career is not easy, but it's important to make time for yourself. From experience, the best recommendation is morning exercise. It's uninterrupted by external factors during the day and can be sustained for a long time – the early hours are the only time this is possible.

Initially, waking up early might feel very difficult. However, regular exercise helps you fall asleep faster and deeper, ultimately improving sleep quality. Once you adapt to waking up at dawn, it's not so hard.

As proven by various studies, exercise reduces stress and helps decrease depression and anxiety. It improves heart health, lowers the risk of chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, obesity, strengthens the immune system, and enhances overall physical health.


As we age and observe our friends, it's evident that most have gained more than ten kilos compared to their twenties and early thirties. Exercise increases muscle mass and improves basal metabolic rate, preparing our bodies to counteract weight gain.


It's not just for body shape management. Exercise plays a vital role in physical, mental, and social health.
