Nike unveils the 2024 South Korean National Football Team uniform

Nike has unveiled the uniform for the 2024 South Korean National Football Team, which is set to add a more intense energy to moments in sports history.

This uniform is centered around Nike's advanced Dri-FIT (Dri-FIT) ADV technology, designed to allow players to perform at their best on the field. In addition, it introduces shining inspiration to a new generation through a design inspired by Korean traditional arts and craftsmanship.

The 2024 home uniform of South Korea draws inspiration from the beauty and strength of traditional Korean architectural art, reinterpreting this in the design. The iconic red of Korean football is reflected in vibrant patterns, while the collar and sleeves feature a dual border reminiscent of dancheong patterns, enhancing the sense of balance. Additionally, the collar includes claw marks inspired by tigers, representing the dignity and fierceness of the South Korean National Football Team players.

The away uniform, symbolizing the combination of tradition and innovation, reinterprets mother-of-pearl inlay work, reflecting the exquisite craftsmanship of South Korea. The contrast of deep black and shining pearl-like digital patterns emphasizes the Korean aesthetic of harmony. The away uniform also features tiger claw patterns on the collar, just like the home uniform.

The Nike design team has applied the 'Metaprism' method to reinterpret the traditional and unique colors of each country in the 2024 uniforms. Colors are reflected through the lens of light and movement, maintaining each nation's aesthetic identity while expressing colors in a more unique direction.

Nike supports the complete play of athletes by applying Dri-FIT (Dri-FIT) ADV technology, offering both functionality and design. The technology's precise control of movement and breathability at the right moments is based on long-term research and advanced body mapping technology from the Nike Sport Research Lab (NSRL). Nike's technological innovations set new standards for performance design, with each element of the uniform optimized for comfort on the field for 90 minutes through 4D data design and computer-aided design.

The 2024 South Korean Men's National Football Team uniform will be available first to Nike members starting March 21 and can be purchased from Nike.com, the Nike app, and major retail stores starting March 27.
