FashionZio recently expanded into the food sector by launching the low-sugar food brand “Sweet Morris.” The move connects the “outer beauty” delivered by fashion with the “inner health” supported by food into a single lifestyle value proposition. Sweet Morris has earned strong consumer trust by introducing a wide lineup of healthy desserts—such as “Soonwondang Cream Bread” and “Low-Sugar Crunch Bars”—made with unrefined ingredients and low-sugar processing methods. A key differentiator is its use of a logistics system already proven in FashionZio’s existing fashion distribution network, securing efficiency in fresh-food distribution.

#Smart logistics and people-first internal innovation
FashionZio’s growth has been driven by internal innovation aimed at building “a structure where people can work sustainably.” It introduced AMRs (autonomous mobile robots) and smart process systems at its logistics center to automate repetitive and hazardous tasks. In particular, by adopting an automated packaging system (Auto-Bagger), it boosted packing efficiency by more than 300%, using technological investment to raise both employee satisfaction and accuracy. Alongside this, it has strengthened trust and accountability across the organization through exemplary HR policies—creating a flexible work environment that allows women to maintain stable career continuity and converting non-regular workers to regular positions.

#Future vision: ESG management and a leap into a global platform
Going forward, FashionZio is preparing to leap into a “global lifestyle platform” centered on content and trust. It plans to practice meaningful ESG management by expanding the use of recycled materials (r-PET) and biodegradable packaging, and to further develop live commerce into a core communication channel for conveying brand narratives.
