Now in her 13th year since debut, Soyou said, "I am always thankful to my fans who have always supported me, my friends, and my agency for allowing me to be active for so long." She expressed her sincere feelings. When asked what the three most important things to her are, she replied, "First, our U-il (fan name), Arti (her pet cat), and myself."

I'm so busy that I barely get enough sleep and sometimes can't understand what other people are saying," she said with a laugh. When asked what music means to her, she replied, "Music is what made Soyou what she is now. Through music, I was able to let people know about Soyou, so music is everything to me!"
