'Descente' has launched the ‘Swiss Ski Down’ collection, inspired by the heritage of the Swiss national ski team.

Descente, having sponsored the world's number one Swiss Alpine ski team since 1978 for 45 years, has created the ‘Swiss Ski Down’ collection with their expertise in making top-grade racing suits and incorporating trendy designs inspired by the Swiss national representative racing suits.

The ‘Swiss Ski Down’ collection features the highest quality ski apparel material, ‘Dermizax,’ known for its windproof, waterproof, water-repellent, and moisture-permeable properties, ensuring perfect adaptability in any weather condition.

Applying the first domestic F360 pattern (ORIGAMI PATTERN STRUCTURE), designed in one piece from shoulder to sleeve to minimize seams where wind can enter, Descente focused on reducing discomfort and enhancing mobility. The special carbon mineral applied to the fabric enhances the absorption of sunlight, converting light energy into heat through Heat Navi, thereby maximizing warmth.

Combining all these advantages, the 23FW Descente 'Swiss Ski Down' collection was created for unrestricted movement. It was shot at an altitude of 3899 meters, where the actual Swiss national alpine ski team trains, capturing the magnificent Swiss natural scenery, including the Matterhorn.

Meanwhile, the German premium lifestyle brand Hugo Boss's BOSS has launched its second capsule collection with the luxury skiwear brand Perfect Moment for the upcoming ski season.

The second capsule collection, featuring styles for men, women, and gender-neutral, combines Perfect Moment's focus on performance with BOSS's heritage tailoring to create high-quality, comfortable, and functional perfect skiwear items.

The collection is drawing attention from ski and snowboard enthusiasts, offering various styles suitable for every place and moment, from the slopes to après-ski social events at resorts and restaurants.

The key items of the collection include soft shell duvet jackets, Perfect Moment’s signature silhouette flare-cut ski pants, all-in-one ski suits, turtleneck slogan knitwear, hoodies, and highly insulating thermal wear. Additionally, gloves, beanies, bags, and eyewear are also launched to complete the stylish look at the ski resorts.

The collection's color palette harmoniously combines BOSS's classic neutral colors like black, white, and grey with Perfect Moment's iconic red. The collaboration also features sporty chevron stripes and houndstooth patterns in red, black, and white colors, incorporating Perfect Moment’s signature star shape, adding various details to enhance the collection.

The second capsule collection with Perfect Moment was officially unveiled during the men's races at The Matterhorn Cervino Speed Opening, the first-ever cross-border race in the history of the Alpine Ski World Cup, held on the 11th and 12th of last month, where BOSS was an official partner.
