Canada Goose X KidSuper, campaign revealed with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

The performance luxury lifestyle brand CANADA GOOSE has launched its 2024 S/S collaboration collection with Brooklyn-based fashion brand KidSuper.

This is part of a multi-year partnership between CANADA GOOSE and the National Basketball Association (NBA), with the collaboration also marking the announcement of NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as the brand's new global ambassador.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stars in the 'Play In The Open' global campaign by 'CANADA GOOSE x NBA x KidSuper', leaving a deep impression with his fashion off the court as much as his skills on it.

Not only was Gilgeous-Alexander voted the most influential man in NBA fashion, but he also ranked among the most stylish men of 2022 according to GQ.

The limited collection by 'CANADA GOOSE x NBA x KidSuper' approaches art, culture, sports, and streetwear with a bold and energetic interpretation and innovative design. The collection, filled with CANADA GOOSE's craftsmanship and warmth, featuring KidSuper's unique perspective, invites fans to embark on an adventure of discovering newness, showcasing creative designs that explore communities closely connected with pure wonder, similar to a child's astonishment at the world.

Artist and designer Colm Dillane, the founder of KidSuper, has infused energy into the brand by decorating it with his own paintings, capturing creativity and playfulness through maximalist works. This capsule collection has launched four items, including the KidSuper Reversible Fleece Jacket, KidSuper Reversible Puffer Vest, KidSuper Crofton Puffer, and KidSuper Jacquard Toque, showcasing KidSuper's inventive and lively approach.

This KidSuper collection, centered around Colm Dillane's original artwork, features two unique pieces for CANADA GOOSE, housed in the 'Reversible Puffer Vest' and 'Crofton Puffer'. The 'Purple Crowd', celebrating NBA All-Star 2024, abstractly depicts a crowd gathered in a stadium, paying homage to humanity united through sports. Additionally, the artwork expresses the high mountains and flowing water below, revealing CANADA GOOSE's 'Live in the Open' spirit. This symbolically captures the special collaboration between CANADA GOOSE, NBA, and KidSuper.

Meanwhile, the ‘CANADA GOOSE x NBA x KidSuper’ collaboration collection was pre-released at the Paris Fashion Week KidSuper runway on January 20, 2024, attracting much attention.

The FW24 collection of KidSuper harmoniously blends with the four collaboration items being launched, showcasing an attractive fashion show look by pairing CANADA GOOSE's existing footwear products, Crofton Puffer Boots, Cypress Puffer Boots, Journey Boots Lite, Crofton Mule, and Cypress Mule, with the runway show of KidSuper.
