Martine Rose, a British fashion designer of Jamaican descent, was awarded the Best Menswear Designer by the British Fashion Council in December last year, and is recognized as one of the most influential designers of our time. In May last year, she was dramatically appointed as CLARKS's first guest creative director, officially starting the collaboration with CLARKS.

The SS24 Martine Rose x CLARKS first collection, launching in February, focuses on maximizing 'comfort' while maintaining a classic feel and presenting a restrained design. 'Oxford', 'Loafer', and 'Sandal', three types were introduced at London Fashion Week in June last year, and with the addition of 'Torhill High', the collection has been completed with a total of four types. Among these, 'Oxford', 'Sandal', and 'Torhill High' will be available for sale in Korea.

The 'COMING UP ROSES' campaign, worked on with globally acclaimed photographer Sharna Osborne, is themed around 'ultimate comfort' and was shot against the backdrop of a bedroom symbolizing the maximized cushion design of the first collection. It shows the ultimate comfort through very personal and small pleasures in the bedroom against a retro-inspired small room, inspired by CLARKS's 1980s advertising archives.

The 'COMING UP ROSES' collection will start selling in Korea on February 16 at the CLARKS Originals official Korean mall (Clarkskorea.co.kr) and Boon the Shop.

Meanwhile, CLARKS, a casual shoe brand founded in 1825 by brothers Cyrus & James Clark with the creation of sheepskin slippers, will celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2025. CLARKS has been based on 'craftsmanship' and 'innovation' since its establishment, releasing timeless bestsellers such as 'Desert Boots', 'Wallabee', and 'Desert Trek', becoming a classic shoe loved by musicians, artists, and cultural icons worldwide. CLARKS is currently sold through retail, wholesale, franchise, and online channels in over 100 countries worldwide.
