The British luxury lifestyle brand Mulberry is introducing its second collaboration exclusively at Dover Street Market with Stefan Cooke.
In this collaboration, Stefan Cooke's original vision is combined with Mulberry's Made to Last philosophy to present a bespoke collection that highlights British craftsmanship.
Stefan Cooke's four signature design codes, Bows, Swing, Braid, and Slash, are meticulously incorporated into the collection with refined craftsmanship, redefining the perception of pre-loved products alongside British Mulberry artisans.
This collaboration, first unveiled at Stefan Cooke's SS24 fashion show during London Fashion Week in September 2023, will be launched anew at Dover Street Market London on Friday, February 16, adorning London Fashion Week for the second consecutive year.
This collaboration, part of the Mulberry Edition series, is a project that reimagines products from past collections collected through Mulberry's circular economy program, Mulberry Exchange, continuing a deep exploration into the meaning of sustainable fashion in the 21st century. The focus is also on minimizing environmental impact during the product manufacturing process and on innovative sourcing.
The duo designers of Stefan Cooke have installed sculptures of hands with vintage pop motifs, collected over a long period, inside Dover Street Market London. This unique space, reminiscent of souvenirs from American sports stadiums, is inspired by and created for Stefan Cooke's SS24 collection.
"I am very proud to continue our partnership with Mulberry through the second exclusive capsule collection unveiled at Dover Street Market. It represents a true collaboration that redefines long-standing styles with our passion and exploration for craftsmanship," – Stefan Cooke
The total of 32 exclusive capsule collections for Dover Street Market will be unveiled on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Dover Street Market London, on Saturday, February 24, at Dover Street Market Beijing, and in March at Dover Street Market Ginza, Tokyo.
