The British luxury designer brand Alexander McQueen revealed its new creative director Seán McGirr's first debut collection, the Autumn Winter 2024 collection, in Paris on March 2nd (local time).
Following the last show, Stray Kids I.N attended the fashion show for the second time, lighting up the event.
Seán McGirr's first collection, the AW24 collection, showcased chic fashion with a black leather raincoat and denim pants highlighted by string details, along with a new crossbar sling bag featuring noticeable silver metal crossbar details, adding a touch of stylish sense.
Seán McGirr's first collection at Alexander McQueen, as revealed in an interview conducted just before the show, was inspired by Lee McQueen's 1995 SS 'Birds' collection.
This collection presented a mix of unrefined abundant silhouettes with compressed and elongated forms, incorporating animalistic elements that reveal identity, alongside looks and accessories that demonstrate a sense of inherent and embodied sensation, thus perfectly meeting the high expectations for the first collection.
Moreover, McQueen has always showcased its shows far from Paris's 'rich districts,' and Seán McGirr continued this tradition by inviting to the show venue in Olympiads, the heart of Le Chinatown, which was a former grocery wholesale market.
Meanwhile, Seán McGirr's 2024 Autumn Winter collection can be found on the official Alexander McQueen website and KakaoTalk channel.
