'Gucci's Story, Who is Sabato De Sarno?' Documentary Released

The Italian luxury brand Gucci has released a short documentary titled 'Gucci's Story, Who is Sabato De Sarno? (Who is Sabato De Sarno? A Gucci Story)', depicting the backstory of the Gucci Ancora fashion show, the debut show of Gucci Creative Director Sabato De Sarno.

Narrated by brand ambassador actor Paul Mescal, the 20-minute documentary unfolds the preparation process of the Gucci Ancora fashion show in an original view, offering a special journey to experience the world of Gucci.

In this documentary, Gucci Creative Director Sabato De Sarno shares not only his passion and vision for Gucci but also his personal experiences. Through this, audiences can explore moments beyond the runway usually not accessible, experiencing the essence of the captivating world of fashion. Moreover, the collaboration between Sabato De Sarno and his team displayed in the documentary shows the shared passion, dedication, and importance of teamwork behind the creative process.

The documentary, released to commemorate the launch of Sabato De Sarno's Gucci Spring-Summer 2024 women's collection, is available for about 90 days starting from March 15 on the movie streaming platform Mubi. From April 3, it will be available for the first time in the fashion and luxury industry through Apple's augmented reality (AR) headset, Apple Vision Pro.

For a month starting in April, 'Gucci's Story, Who is Sabato De Sarno?' can also be watched on Air France flights.
