On February 13, 2024, Wards Corporation (CEO Noh Ji-yoon) signed a master license agreement with Honda Headquarters, officially launching as an apparel brand on February 15.

Wards Corporation is a comprehensive content company that develops its own brands and global license brands, including Physical Education Department (Phyps), Phyps Mart, Larry Clark, Tim Comix, Yale, etc.

Last year, Wards Corporation created over 10 billion won in growth since launching the Physical Education Department's motorcycle collection for the first time. As a strategy to further expand this success, they plan to launch Honda as a motorcycle-based casual brand.

In particular, to commemorate this new launch, 'Honda People' who live their daily lives with Honda were directly interviewed, creating content that became a hot topic by sharing their unique ways of enjoying Honda, including their places, motorcycle storage methods, etc., through vlogs, thus enhancing the value of lifestyle wear.

Wards Corporation focuses on the essence of clothing, presenting a vision of 'self-actualization completion' through clothing. Having already succeeded with several brands, the direct master license agreement with Honda Headquarters for the first domestic apparel launch is drawing significant attention.
